Mbappe Scores Again in Real’s Victory

Kylian Mbappe took some time to score his first goal for Real Madrid in La Liga, but since then, he has been unstoppable. He netted in his fourth consecutive match, leading the reigning champions to a hard-fought victory over Alavés.
On Tuesday night, Real Madrid secured a 3-2 win at the Santiago Bernabéu. After taking a comfortable 3-0 lead, they conceded two late goals. Lucas Vázquez opened the scoring for Real, followed by Mbappe extending the lead, and Rodrygo added the third. Alavés responded with goals from Carlos Benavídez and Kike García.
In the very first minute of the match, Vázquez scored after receiving a pass from Vinícius Júnior. Mbappe became a threat quickly, finding the net in the 22nd minute, but the goal was ruled offside.
In the 40th minute, Mbappe scored a stunning goal. After exchanging passes with Jude Bellingham, he weaved his way into the box and found the back of the net with brilliant footwork. This was his fifth goal in seven La Liga matches, hinting at a promising season for the French star.
Early in the second half, Rodrygo sprinted across the field and scored from a tight angle to make it 3-0. However, Real Madrid seemed to relax after that, allowing Alavés to pull two goals back. Despite this, the outcome of the match remained unaffected, though the giants missed the chance to secure a bigger margin.
With this victory, Real Madrid remains second in the standings with 17 points from seven matches. Their rivals, Barcelona, lead the table with 18 points, having played one match less.
